  • Eldersitter Programme for Seniors with Dementia (Agency for Integrated Care since 2012)

  • Care in the Community Programme, providing integrated social and health care to vulnerable elderly

  • Community Befriending Programme for isolated seniors since 2016 (Ministry of Health)

  • Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team (CREST) since 2017 (Agency for Integrated Care)

2019

  • Community Intervention Team (COMIT) since 2019 (Agency for Integrated Care)
  • Appointed as a Volunteer Centre for Bedok Town in 2019 (Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth)
  • Awarded the Charity Transparency Awards 2019 (Charity Council)
